Great goalkeepers don’t just develop by chance. They are taught how to move, land, react and position themselves safely and correctly from an early age.

Our Junior Elite Goalkeeper Program is specifically created for young goalkeepers aged 8–12, focusing on the most important stage of their physical and technical development. As a Sport Scientist, I have designed this programme using proven principles of long-term athlete development and injury prevention for growing bodies.

Diving without learning how to land properly can lead to injuries and bad habits. We focus on teaching safe landing mechanics, body control and spatial awareness to protect young, developing bodies.
