π₯ Junior Elite Goalkeeper Program (Ages 8β12) β Built for Parents Who Want Real Development for Their Child
Great goalkeepers donβt just develop by chance. They are taught how to move, land, react and position themselves safely and correctly from an early age.
Our Junior Elite Goalkeeper Program is specifically created for young goalkeepers aged 8β12, focusing on the most important stage of their physical and technical development. As a Sport Scientist, I have designed this programme using proven principles of long-term athlete development and injury prevention for growing bodies.

From handling and footwork to positioning and diving, your child will learn the right way to perform key skills with confidence and control.
β Safe landing & body awareness
Diving without learning how to land properly can lead to injuries and bad habits. We focus on teaching safe landing mechanics, body control and spatial awareness to protect young, developing bodies.
β Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS)
Before becoming a better goalkeeper, your child needs to become a better mover. Sessions include development of:

* Coordination

* Strength foundations
* Reaction time
These skills support both goalkeeping performance and everyday physical development.
